RETURNSReturns are accepted under the following terms:<ul><li>Eligibility:</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Return request must be raised within&nbsp;7 days&nbsp;of delivery.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Product must be in&nbsp;unused,&nbsp;uninstalled, and&nbsp;unaltered&nbsp;condition.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Must be returned in&nbsp;original packaging&nbsp;with tags, barcodes, manuals, warranty card, and invoice copy.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Return must be made within&nbsp;3 days&nbsp;of request approval.</li><li>Conditions:</li><li class="ql-indent-1">If the product is&nbsp;wrong, damaged, or defective,&nbsp;Decorb Vibes&nbsp;will reimburse the courier charges.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">If a damaged item is delivered, Decorb Vibes will send a replacement from available stock. In such cases, no refund will be issued. However, if the product is out of stock, a full refund will be provided. A clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof; without it, no refund or replacement will be processed. </li><li class="ql-indent-1">Product must pass&nbsp;quality inspection&nbsp;by our team before refund/credit approval.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Products found&nbsp;damaged or used&nbsp;during return will&nbsp;not be refunded, and must be picked up by the customer if they want it returned.</li><li>Credit Note:</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Approved returns will be issued a&nbsp;credit note (valid for 180 days)&nbsp;minus the 15% restocking fee.</li><li>Partial Returns:</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Allowed only for complete individual items in a multi-product order (not partial parts of a single product).</li></ul> EXCHANGESTo request an exchange for a&nbsp;damaged/defective/wrong product, please follow these terms:<ul><li>Notify our support team via email at&nbsp;info@decorbvibes.com&nbsp;within&nbsp;24 hours&nbsp;of delivery.</li><li>Product must be&nbsp;unused,&nbsp;unaltered, and&nbsp;in original packaging&nbsp;with tags and accessories.</li><li>Product is subject to&nbsp;inspection&nbsp;before exchange is initiated.</li><li>If the new product is:</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Higher in cost, the customer must pay the difference.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Lower in cost, a&nbsp;credit note&nbsp;or&nbsp;refund&nbsp;will be issued (valid for 180 days).</li><li>Minor defects&nbsp;do not qualify for exchange as per company policy.</li><li>Replacement product will be dispatched in&nbsp;3–15 days&nbsp;depending on location and stock availability.</li></ul> ORDER CANCELLATION<ul><li>Orders&nbsp;cannot be cancelled&nbsp;once confirmed.</li><li>You can&nbsp;return or modify&nbsp;an order within&nbsp;24 hours&nbsp;of placing it,&nbsp;if it hasn't been shipped.</li><li>To modify/cancel an order:</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Contact us at&nbsp;info@decorbvibes.com&nbsp;or call our customer care.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">If you have an account, cancel from the&nbsp;‘My Orders’&nbsp;page.</li><li>15% restocking fee&nbsp;applies on cancellations as well.</li></ul> REFUNDS<ul><li>Refunds are at the&nbsp;sole discretion&nbsp;of Decorb Vibes.</li><li>Eligible in cases such as:</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Returned products.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Cancelled orders.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Product is out of stock.</li><li>Refunds will be processed only through the&nbsp;original payment channel&nbsp;(no cash refunds).</li><li>Refund will be initiated within&nbsp;5–7 business days&nbsp;of agreement and approval.</li><li>Timeline may vary as per the payment provider/bank policies.</li></ul> CUSTOMER MISUSE CLAUSEIf a customer is found&nbsp;misusing the return, refund, or cancellation policy&nbsp;by frequent or unnecessary claims, Decorb Vibes reserves the right to&nbsp;deny service or take appropriate action.
